Well I am now a happy Minter once again – as many users over the last while who have business accounts with PayPal and such have had connection issues with PayPal and Mint.com.
After some trial and error we discovered that if we set up an account with Pageonce and got PayPal business working with them via their PayPal API, we could then go back and add PayPal to Mint.com and it worked.
Weird right? Well we have confirmed this with two accounts for two separate users one being myself and the other my cousin Ryan. I’m assuming by getting the first API to work something gets activated on the PayPal side allowing Mint to work afterwards.
These are the steps we took -
1) Sign up for Pageonce
2) Add your PayPal account to Pageonce - you have to get their API set up in PayPal
**For business PayPal accounts select Profile -> Request API Credentials -> and Select Option 1 on the left
3) After getting Pageonce to work with PayPal go back to Mint and add your PayPal account (or Retry)
