Plesk Horde Webmail There are no messages in this mailbox – Fixed!

Webmail issue with Plesk and Horde Webmail came up today:

“There are no messages in this mailbox” error came up for a client today, even though there are emails in the account.
The fix was to reset sortpref for that user to its’ default setting’ in the Horde DB
